Never been to a GameStop that is reckless till this one. The Manager there, ridiculous. Very rude and very incompetent when it comes to video game releases with preorders. He is nervous wreck and just isn't a people person. I preordered a product and it was just mistake after another from the final payment to the code for bonus features that came with the preorder. Never got my code or my actual receipt for the final payment and pick up. Even showed up to the midnight release to be told that they didn't have product. I had to show up the next morning just to be apologized to and being offered a gift card.
