Bought a ps4 Game and got a ps3 disc. This could have been worse if I didn't live in the neighborhoods

Wow at first I was thinking they were very nice, but then I called again cause I had a question so As he was answering my question he said something I couldn't hear so I asked him what did you say and hes like JUST BRING THE SYSTEM! and I'm like wow.

If I could give 0 star then I would for this location. The African American guy was very rude! Sounded like he hates his job. Kept me waiting for a game and then told me to re-enter the line. What place makes you re-enter the line when you were before them and waiting for your answer. Please go some where else.

Never a problem at this gamestop. The staff are friendly and sometimes I get free stuff :D they are super local which i like. Never a problem.
