these guys never answer their phone. Out of curiosity, I actually went to the store. I then called while at the store and watched the employees ignore the call. All these other reviews with great customer service is a lie. They suck.

I always go to GameStop to get games. It is always good quality and at a good price. However, do not buy pre owned items because sometimes it can be defective. You can always get your money back though.
