Top company when it comes to colocation. They have a two floor data center with with super fast fiber optics.

A pathetic service !!

For 2 days since me placing an order, i havent got mail from these people
After 2 days when asking the so called 24/7, 365 days customer service, they say that they have no idea and asked to send a mail to billing department.
But till now, now mail from them !!
is it a scam site ?!!!
