Incredible galley spaces with fantastic exhibits. I saw the recent Murakami show here and it was incredible. I will definitely be back to check out future shows.

never got in....very condescending attitude to have on website and telephone that they are open
when they are not. tried to go Dec. 29th and was closed all day. I was shocked at their attitude of
not caring about people who are not 'in the loop' on the chelsea art scene schedule. A vacation week? Yes... but could go either way... open when people are on vacation... or closed and never bother to tell anyone just because the real money people are out of town... they don't care about the rest of us.

Love this gallery. Currently showing an amazing Murakami exhibit. Easy viewing even when there is a crowd, and beautiful placement of art on the walls as well as sculptures throughout the space.

If the neighboring galleries are Lindsay Lohan and Miley Cyrus, Gagosian is pure Marilyn Monroe. Everything about it is bigger and better and more glamorous. Shows frequently include such top-tier names Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, and Richard Serra, and can be breathtaking.
