Hello. My name is Cathy Loughlin. I called your company on Mon. Dec. 21st with an issue I had. I spoke with your customer representative named Jillian. I am sure you get enough complaints so I thought I would brighten your day with a positive remark. Although, I probably was not in the best mood or the easiest to deal with, she did a great job of calming me down. She was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me resolve my problem with great ease. I wish more companies had representatives like Jillian. Thank you for hiring her

DO NOT USE THEM.. I bought 150$ pair of Burberrys from this site. They looked good at first, but after only 8 months of normal use one of the temples (or arms) iterally just fell off. The metal hinge had just fallen apart. There was no mechanical stress or damage to the glasses other than normal wear and tear. I emailed Gaffos to see If i could get a new pair or have them repaired, and they said there is nothing that they could do but resell me a different pair. Even cheap reading glasses at CVS or Walgreens can go a couple years of wear and tear with no problems. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
