I come here for trivia every Tuesday and it's an absolute blast. I've been to bar trivia all over the city, and Gael Pub and quizmaster Ryan and undoubtedly the best whether you're a casual trivia fan or a hardcore competitor (the nights typically attract both). I went here once on a weekend night and it was sort of empty, so maybe it doesn't do well outside of Tuesdays, but it's got a friendly staff and is otherwise a typical place to grab a drink on the UES. But beware, they don't have a food menu (they do allow outside food though).

the tuesday night trivia is so much fun! get here early to grab a table and enjoy the 4 $ beers ( the apple one is very refreshing!), and bring your own food, from the salad place in the corner or the pizza one next door! also the bartender is so nice, always smiling!

Just a regular pub, but they have a good trivia night on Tuesdays...just make sure to get there a little early...it gets really crowded.

would never go back..staff sucks douchebag bartender mike is a wannabe tough guy..over priced drinks..crowded..snooty "Chicago" crowd..much better places to watch a football game then here..
