I tried to contact this company in regards to a project i am working on. I was rudely greeted, cursed at and hung up on by the lady who answered the phone. So i wrote an email to the owner Bill Dunham to explain the situation. I did not receive a response so i tried to contact him again by phone. Again, i was greeted by another person (John) who was just as short and rude!! In all my professional years i have never been treated like this for no apparent reason at all! If this company greets you with unprofessional and rude behavior upon initial contact, just imagine what would happen during the course of doing business with them?
