went for an inspection today and needed highbeam bulbs replaced. it took them about 15 minutes and they charged me $70 for parts and labor without telling me the priices prior to changing the bulbs. I went to get a $37 inspection and when it was time to pay they said $105 I was shocked and angry. Bad business practices for sure.

Inconsistent .... I had them change an axle & tie rod due to ripped boots, and had a state inspection which went great. The problem was the next day when I looked under my car and saw the 2 plastic under belly shields hanging and zip tied. I knew that they would just fall out and I would need a new set ($210). I returned to the shop and complained. They said it was originally missing screws and they thought it was a good fix to zip tie it. Needless to say I walked away, went to another shop and they put screws in and fixed it for $20. Yes I would do it myself, but have no place to work on it.
