The sales man was very good, he helped with all of my purchases. They are very nice and understanding. Thus was the best experience I've ever had buying furniture, thank you steve.

Honest salesmanship, and very knowledgeable of their products. I got exactly what i ordered, it was delivered and assembled by a courteous and professional delivery guy, and it was delivered before my expected date of delivery. They were also very flexible with their prices without a haggle. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Awful-awful and rude. The owner/saleslady we saw didn't really do much to help us first of all, and then when she didn't have what we wanted in stock we asked her if there was another futon place in paramus. She told us no. Thank god we googled it and found futon world where the service was great and the guy very helpful. She lied to us! How awful and rude. And now she is sabotaging Futon World's ratings and creating fake reviewers to do so. *PLEASE: notice how the people who said "best ever" where also ones who gave Futon World a bad review*. I hope you chose not to grace Futon Express's door with your presence, for the bad vibes, bad prices and as you can see very ungracious owner does not deserve your business or your time. Thank you, and i hope you find a great futon elsewhere, either at Futon World or anywhere else for the matter.

Very poor customer service! The woman working there who I believe is the owner is the most unprofessional sales person I have very met. The store was closed during buisness hours but the lights were on so waited for 20 min. When the woman arrived she opened the store with me standing there and said nothing. Once in the store she turned on here TV and made a phone call first ! Then she acknowledge my presence. By then I had already made my decision not to purchase any thing here.

Ordered a twin size futon and frame before the Christmas holiday. When we went to pick it up in the morning the store was still closed waited for 1hour and left. Called later and was told to come in about one hour.
Received the futon and opened up the fixes at home and found the wrong color. Fortunately we liked it so we kept it. We did find one piece damaged. Called to set up time that they could deliver. Waited for a promised phone call. Never received. Called them and they said we misunderstood and we should have called back. Then through our conversation the sales lady became condescending, I managed to get a delivery set up,but she Hung up so I called back. Then she told me if I think she Hung up it was my problem. I asked to speak to her boss. He wasn't in. She kept being argumentative. I kept reiterating that I wanted her to ensure her boss calls me back. Then she says I'm commanding her and she would not pass the message. I'm still waiting for a phone call...I've called back several times. She is the only one handling the phones. Buyer beware of this place.

Still waiting for this establishment to follow through. We were suppose to have taken delivery on 5 January and they didn't show up. Called and spoke to a second sales person and our items rescheduled for delivery for today. They didn't show up. Been trying to call and they don't answer. Time to call the BBB.
