This place is so unprofessional, they canceled my delivery 2 times last minute and told me some crappy excuse, I will never want anyone to deal with this place.

Me and my husband purchased mostly all of our furniture from this place. The service was great. I would absolutely recommend others to shop there. They delivered our furniture the same day and set it all up for us.

Furniture Direct Service gets thumb down. Very Bad Customer Care Service. Takes weeks to deliver and pick-up furniture and there is no call back after calling them many times. This is the first and last stop to buy furniture from this place. I would not recommend this store to anyone for furniture.
