Friendly staff that performs very solid repair work at a fair price. Never bought a bike from them, but based on what I've seen, they are NOT hellbent on upselling you for a model you do not need.
Many shops in the neighborhood will make you wait a few days for a 10 minute repair job - not the case here.

Helpful and cool, but not cheap. They only have new bikes (not used). Free air outside, too.

I bought a new Trek here in 2013. Tonight I went in at 6:15pm carrying my Trek. Both of its wheels had just been stolen (in broad daylight, grrr).
After giving me a detailed consultation on the full cost of replacing the wheels — and adding armadillo tires and theft-proof axles — the mechanic asked, When do you need your bike back? I said, If i can't get it tomorrow night, you can have the weekend. He then said, If you live nearby, I'll have it for you in an hour. I do, and he did! Thanks!

I came in for a spring tune up after not get my bike maintained in over 5 years, despite riding it quite a bit. At this point the bike was barely ridable. They got my bike in great shape quickly and for a very reasonable price, the best I've found.
