Frick & Frack

Very rude employees. Terrible customer service and employees all but ignored me when I came in to ask questions and purchase pricy Brighton beads and charms. Their lack of interest cost them a sizable sale and any future business of mine. Wouldn't even give them one star.

This establishment doesn't even deserve one star. I only gave it one because I had to. I am so angry with Frick and Frack. I used to shop here all the time for my Alex and Ani bracelets. In total i've spent over $500 just in the past year just at this store. I was in there today asking them to replace two of my Alex and Ani bracelets and the owner, Eileen, was so obnoxious and rude. First off, she accused me of breaking my own bracelets. (HELLO! why would I break my own bracelets if I am just gonna get the replaced anyway?) Then she demanded that I give her a receipt and I said I do not have access to one because the person who purchased these bracelets for me is on a plane. Her response was, "Call her up and tell her to give it to you." (HELLO, Eileen did you not hear me!?) Never again will I return here nor will anyone I know that also shop there.
