Freshway Market

I am a everyday shopper at Freshway and I have yet to have a problem with an out of date product. I shop often and in all departments and never did I have to bring something back because it was out of date.
As for the produce department, the selection is HUGE! All the produce is fresh and there is a large selection of oragnic items. The prices here beat wholefoods and KIng Kullen too! Freshway is a great place to shop!
The parking is great too!

My expierience at Freshway was nothing less than FANTASTIC! As you walk in the beautiful Produce display and the fresh bread aroma immediatly welcomes you. Venturing further in the store the Deli staff is more than helpful and the same is true about the seafood. I had a puzzled look on my face for only a few seconds before i heard a voice say, "Can I help you with something?". The trip only got better from here. Tom,a Freshway employee, is friendly, curtious and most helpful. He was handling several tasks at once and still remained calm and eager to help me. He is an asset to this store and I look forward to seeing him agian. Thee Bakery is AMAZING!! I find myself overwhelmed with possibilities. The staff, although extremely busy, remain eager to help everyone. Every asile is as clean as the next and every shelf stocked well. I am new Freshway customer and I can safely say Freshway Marketplace is my new favorite store.

Despite the fact that it is a relatively small store, the staff is more than happy to order, and then keep in stock, things you request. Every single item we requested was indeed on their shelves within a week. Everyone in our household, and our guests, who tasted the fresh baked breads we sampled have commented that it was the best bread they've had in their life! Their seafood is also absolutely wonderful. Their staff at their deli, seafood and meat counters are extremely courteous and helpful. I could go on an on about how great they are, but I want to go back this afternoon to get some more things.

my first visit to the store was very good with ample parking.the grapes and bananas were excellent quality. i bought the ham and cheese bread fresh from the oven was gone in 20min before dinner. overall the store is an excellent addition to an area where fresh produce, bakery and grocery are no where to be found.

Small store! For a brand new store I was displeased with soon to be expiring veggies on the sales floor also with the small range of fruits and veggies available.

The deli, fish and fresh bread counters are GREAT! Very courteous staff. Deli, Fish and bread counter have very nice selection and I loved some of the specialty items. BEWARE of the sale items they may be soon to be expiring or EXPIRED!!! I bought some soy puddings and they were expired!! Should this be happening in a BRAND NEW STORE? I don't think so. Also some of the shelved items had dust on them...Wondered if maybe they were shelved at another store and brought here.

Overall, I might shop at this store for specialty items BUT whole foods and trader joes far better quality...This store is a regular grocery store trying to get on the "healthier" bandwagon by focusing on its outside appearance. When I went in I was not FOOLED! Not a big vegetarian or vegan selection either. But great gluten free snack type foods selection!!

Also watch out with the pricing the cashier rang me up wrong on a few products. Lost confidence very quickly in this too!

Great perk for you chicken lovers - $3.99 roasted chickens.

I had high expectations for this store since on the island I have to go several places and stock up on the foods we eat. I thought this store would save me from having to go everywhere but the selections are as usual as a local grocery store. Some prices are great and some are severely overpriced.

Parking lot is too small as well!
