If you can, run! My husband and I wanted a CPA to handle our taxes so we did some research and found these Accounting Services in early February. We sat down with Mr. Freedman and he was very welcoming. We were probably there for an hour making small talk when he told us that he entered everything he needed to enter, and that our taxes would be ready in a week. We called back a week later and we were told they were not done and that they should be done by the following Tuesday. The following Wednesday we called back and were told they still were not completed. Fast forward to a month and a half later (March 12, 2016) they still were not completed. I had to ask the secretary there (who was very rude) to put all of our files in a folder because I would be picking them up that day. When I arrived the secretary did have all the files ready for me however, there was no explanation or apology as to why our taxes were neglected. My husband and I wanted to get them done early so we made sure to book our appointment early. Honestly, I am in awe. I could not believe how unprofessional and careless this place was. Furthermore, they didn't even seem to care enough to be apologetic about the situation. It was as if we were doing them a favor by picking up our incomplete tax forms. Long story short, I will never step foot back in that place again and If you want my advice it was a waste of time and energy. Extremely NEGLIGENT AND INCONSIDERATE.
