I am widowed and had my husband's snowblower. I tried to use it during a snowstorm and it would not start. We have a very long driveway. We had another snowstorm coming, threatening to drop 8 inches. I brought the machine to the store. It was crowded with many people but I explained my situation to Fred, the owner. He repaired my machine, same day so I would have it for the storm, and taught me how to use it. I used it for the storm and the subsequent storms.
Fred is thoughtful and I will always purchase from his store. When the time comes to replace my machine, I will buy it from his store, too.

Nice, friendly place that works hard to please customers. Just plan ahead, as they tend to get swamped with seasonal repairs of lawn mowers and snow blowers (as most places like this one do). But they're nice, and they'll pick up and deliver equipment. Much better than where I used to go for service.
