I have read that this facility is more like a second or third tier facility and i'd have to agree with it. Staff, for the most part is nice. You'll get the occassional disagreements and attitudes. Food is horrid as well. Most of the times you have to find out things for youself - the hard way. Such as laundry. They take the patients laundry and won't return it unless its tagged - which NOONE mentioned. Brand new clothes all gone. Main reason why i was forced to send my dad here was Franklin accepts medicaid pending patients. Even then, they still make you resubmit the crazy amount of paperwork. Word of advice, if sending a loved one, please be on top of things at this facility. Be aware, stay educated and go to the different offices and get information because it will definitely not come to you.
