Went to Costco came across this place and WOW! From the beginning to the end what a great experience. Staff incredible... P.s. ask for Juan, he hot. ;-)

Went to Frankel's for the first time today, it won't be my last. The owner , his French bulldog, and the staff were the nicest store employees I have dealt with since arriving here in Brooklyn nine years ago. Asked me a price range and requirements for work boots I was looking for, and then offered me several choices to chose from. All were in my price range, and quality boots. Love these guys!
