Bate and switch
I feel the same way as another reviewer on here. I had a horrible experience. They lied to me right off the bat, telling me they accepted my insurance. Why waste my time?

Bait and Switch
They told me on the phone they accepted my insurance, they lied.
What they mean is they will allow you to pay out of pocket.
Find yourself an honest dentist elsewhere.
