FRANK'S CARPET

Can't believe the owner of this store can't sent a simple email with authorization form to place an order . What kind of store will not be interested in making a sale of over $ 2,000. Don't waste your time dealing with this business there is other places who will appreciate your business. Spend over 4 hours trying to do business with them . To have to deal with the owner's wife nasty attitude . Not worth it .

I wish I could rate Frank's Carpet zero stars because the service was unbelievably bad. The man who did my installation was completely inexperienced and unskilled. Not only is it obviously flawed but they also ruined the product. Having unskilled workers is one thing but not uncommon, what really stung was that when the owner Raudel, came to inspect the work after I complained, he made excuse after excuse. He didn't fix the problem... he didn't even apologize. He did absolutely nothing. If you work hard for your money and want to invest it in improving your home, go somewhere else. If you want to throw your money away, get frustrated and upset, and lower the value of your house, go to Frank's Carpet.
