I would definitely recommend Frank Petronella at State Farm. I recently had the need to file a claim for repair to my car and had a great experience. I called and explained about the damage to my vehicle when a deer ran into the road in front of me. I was advised of every step I needed to take and I was able to have the car fixed quickly and without any problems. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and kind. It was truly a seamless process from start to finish,.

Frank was instrumental in assisting me to secure a homeowner's policy in a timely basis, he was considerate on the cost while fulfilling the needed coverage. It was that commitment and understanding that convinced me to also secure my auto insurance with Sate Farm. My Daughter has also secured her homeowner's and auto insurance with Frank. I have also recommended Frank to my mother-in -law for her insurance needs. I am confident that Frank will provide the upmost service.

Frank spoke to me on the phone and stated that he could provide me with significant savings on both my home & auto insurance rates. He was very informative and very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions on the details of both policies. The end result was that I received better coverage on both policies for less money. Frank is very personable, professional and easy to do business with. Needless to say I was very happy with the whole experience and will definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Frank!

Frank spent a great deal of time with me to understand my needs. He was very thorough in our conversation, was not pushy and answered all of my questions. Since acquiring policies with Frank, he has followed up several times to ensure my transition was painless and even walked me through how to use the State Farm app on my phone. Frank defines personal service and I highly recommend him to anyone in the market.
