I gave this store a very personal and expensive ear ring charm to have them duplicate it. After two and one half months of them not completing the job I asked for the piece back. They will not give back my ear ring charm to me. I have been in the store 3 times and each time they have an excuse as to why it is not there. I finally sent a demand letter asking them to return to me what is mine and they have not responded to that either. I don't know what to do to try and get back my own jewelry. I would never again do business with this shop and want to caution other folks as well.
