i used a groupon scheduling was the problem but chontel did my lashes and it was fierce. i got a lot of compliments and would definitely recommend.. harlem location rocks.

Horrible communication , took calling them 30 times to get an answer and make a 12:30 appointment at a certain location. After rushing me off the phone she failed to mention that location is closed now (unknown to me at the time). I traveled to that closed location called about 25 times on the day of my appointment, no answer! So I ask around, people tell me the location is closed. I already purchased this voucher and I wanted my lashes done for my vacation which is that same day , so I travel to the Harlem location which is well out of my way. Finally get there and the god damn place is closed at 1 in the afternoon ! I waited in cold for 15 minutes, no sign no nothing ! Even though it is within business hours there is no one there. Pissed off I head home to catch my flight. I decide to call again , finally someone answers which made matters worse. Beware ladies no one answers the phone , making this experience awful for new costumers.

The salon is excellent. The staff is friendly and very skillful. I have been to the shop several times and the service has always been outstanding. Great new business for Harlem.

I had the most amazing experience at Fracassi Lashes! The staff was down-to-earth and very knowledgeable on lashes, eye brow shaping/tinting and make-up. I have been to several lash specialty boutiques before, but they were really great about listening to the needs of their clients and discussing after care so that you can wear your lashes longer. I will definitely be going back!!
