About a year ago, I went to 4J's Bagels in Fairfield, NJ. I waited on line and started noticing the 2 girls behind the counter with all these horrible pins in their faces. When it was my turn, I got a close up look at them. It was disgusting! The manager asked "Can I help you?" My stomach turned so I said no thanks, I'm not hungry anymore. He said what's the problem? I told him that the pins in these girls faces turn me off. He got angry at me as I walked out.

If you're going to run a business that serves food, you got to use common sense and instincts. If you don't have that, you shouldn't be in business.

To the girls - If you need that much attention to look like some Valley Girl "like" airhead nose-bone aborigine, then move to Africa and help them celebrate. Maybe they'll give you a bone of your own! Where do they grow you? What farm did they pick you off of?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! (Fairfield Location) I have been coming to this place for over 5 years now and survived each owner / staff change. However today when I had won the free lunch coupon which stated directly on the coupon that I had a free lunch up to $10, I was GREATLY disappointed at the way I was treated. I had won free lunches before so I was pretty happy about this. So I go to the place and the woman behind the counter tells me AFTER the order is already being bagged up to go that the coupon is only for 1 item off the menu and that I owed her monies for the rest. I showed her the coupon and she said "thats unfortunate". As she was the manager, I tried to explain business etiquette and that she should honor the coupon and work on having the provider of it retype the coupon to match their policy. She stated no... now I was hungry so I paid for the foods and went back to work. However I expressed my grief and was gaven the same answer the woman behind the counter. This is ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVABLE! I have already told my company to never order from here again and all 72 employees agree.
