Had used Formula one a couple of times to get some nicks and scratches fixed and service was o.k. but most recently after having 2 of my Wheels stolen and my bumper damaged in the process from my 2013 brand new accord Formula one ordered 2 Wheels apparently form a non authorized dealer and the set of 2 Wheels place on my car never matched the manufacture Wheels not in color or texture after weeks of insisting and pressuring the Manager I was referred to the owner where I came to find out that the wrong Wheels were ordered and they were not Genuine and in efforts to satisfy me because of my perseverance on the issue the sent all 4 Wheels to be refinished so they can all match......that did not work difference is still noticeable and 2 1/2 after this incident this issue is still unresolved, and in the process to pursue legally. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND NOT TRUST WORTHY, GO TO YOUR DEALER!!!
