We have been here for about 4 months now and are loving our experience! Our apartment is in excellent condition and the grounds are well maintained. It is clear that Forest Realty takes pride in its property and taking care of its tenants.

With all of the amenities that the complex provides, a great management and maintenance staff, the option to have pets and its close proximity to the train line, we can see ourselves staying here for awhile!

Short Hills Club is a nice place to live. It's a convenient location, and whenever I have any issues they come right away. I needed a room painted and they came in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the job done. I would rent from Forest Realty again in the future if I stay in Springfield.

Maria is outstanding. Gary took good care of me too. I asked him to put a handicapped spot on the street and he did it for me. I am very very lucky!

I've been here for 3 years now. I'm happy with everything. The location is nice,clean,quiet, the school district is great for my kids too which is very important.
