Forest Hills Flower Shop & Greenhouse

the owner of this florist has a bad reputation in the forest hills neighborhood. he is extremely rude, obviously ignorant and has no skills for dealing with the public. his shop is pretty but that's about it. he really is out of place working as a florist, he would be much more suited as a construction worker or in a job where manners aren't that important. I brought from the store several times when it first opened but now I just stick to Father & Sons across the street. they have people skills, a nice selection and are very patient and helpful. majority of people in the area are surprised forest hills flower shop is still open. too bad he put "forest hills" in his shop name-he doesn't represent!!

The overall service by the gentleman who answered the phone was good, he was very attentive and seemed excited to be making a last minute delivery on Valentine's day. However! The flowers are already dead! It has been less than 24 hours since we received a bouquet of 15 roses and they have all died. They were cut, and put into water immediately upon arrival. What poor quality of flowers! I will not be ordering from there again!

beautiful arrangement i have ever bought for anyone! low priced but expensive quality. tried other florists before around my home but flowers and blossoms is where i will be going from now on to get any arrangement.
