Tom Kuasa was not of any help. Their careless service team put the wrong date on the next service date sticker on my car, the oil change warning light went off one year before the supposed date on the sticker. Very inconvenient, we had to take the car to another dealership with an unscheduled date because of that. Tom Kuasa fail to make it up to us. All he said was, We make a mistake, without any apologies... God help you if you take your car there for service.

Trying to rip off customers. $120 just for taking a look at the brakes. And then $240 more for labor. That was just for slight problem with rotors.

Went for schedule oil change and wiper replacement , They messed up my wipers , till date they are not fixed properly even after 3 attempts ,one of the wipers popped out while in use which apparently scratched my glass, Will Not recommend any one for service.

Went for service work on my 2012 Focus. Transmission was not shifting correctly. Tom and his mechanic fixed the problem within 2 hours by reprogramming the trans. Car works great. I have been buying from Sal since 1989 and Dominic a few years later. No better people to deal with. Can't wait for my next buying experience. This dealership and Fords are tops.

Great dealership to work with! We have never had any problems with them. We have bought many cars over the years. Me, my business and parents all use them.
