Horrible. I was car shopping and stopped into this dealership. I am still waiting for a salesperson to help me. There were employees working there but no one would help me. In addition, Ford does not produce a good quality product. I would not go back.

BEWARE! SHOTTY DEALERSHIP, NOT ON THE UP AND UP. I purchased a new ford fusion from this dealer. The car is not the problem. The customer service takes forever AND they are also very rude when you have a problem. It also took them over 8 months to turn my trade in over to ford, which they then attempted to bill me $800 in damages for. They never took an odometer reading, and are a bunch of liars and crooks over there. There are plenty of ford dealerships, PICK ANOTHER!

John R was the only salesman who decided to approach me. He was quick to answer questions & was very friendly. He wasn't quick to dismiss inquiries about price and didn't dismiss the truecar certificate that I brought into the dealership. He matched as close to the price he could & then some. He was the only salesman who decided to approach a young man who walked into the dealer, and you know what he got out of it? I bought a car from him, and enjoyed the experience.highly recommend going to see john if u have never got a car befor. after i took the paper work to a few people who bought cars already to make sure i got a good deal and they said yes and now there going to see John R and see what they can get..my new is the 2014 ford fusion se

I had a excellent experience at City World Ford, The Managers Nick and Freddy took care of me. The selection of new cars was more than enough. Very professional and they made sure I had a easy experience. This is going to be my second car because my son needs a car for college. Trust me these guys are number 1 and care about the customer needs. Best Dealership in the Bronx.
