The sales rep was great because they want the sale but the service department sucks no one calls u to inform you of what is going on with your vehicle there is no follow up only if u yourself go in or calls and u would think a huge franchise would have loaner car but they tell u there is a waiting list but no one call u back so all in all it would take probably a couple of months to get any type of service well what can I say it's the Bronx and that's the service out here !!! I would not recommend anyone buying a car from this toyota dealership u get more headaches in the long run .

Had a pleasure working with Henry, Janell and Dante. When I first called, spoke to Janell. She provided me the best price out of 20 dealerships I called. No hassle, straight forward pricing and no games. She passed me along to Henry who helped us through the process of locating our Sienna. Henry was one of the most enjoyable sales rep we have ever worked with in our lifetime of purchasing/leasing cars. Great communication and provided his personal cell # so we can contact him anytime. Henry was able to locate the car which had additional options like the $500 remote start and kept the same low price price for us with no increase to the original quote. Dante was the finance manager and helped us with all the signing of the papers without hassle. He understood we had to rush due to our two kids being impatience. We are very thankful for City World Toyota for making it a easy and making it an enjoyable process. We live in NJ and would not hesitate crossing the bridge to purchase another Toyota if we had to. Highly recommend checking them out!

Excellent customer service and professional staff.
This is my second time leasing from this dealership. My first experience was was nothing but excellent and that's how I wanted the second time to be; sure enough it was great. First let me compliment the General Manager Rick Roh, he is so friendly, professional and accommodating with outstanding customer relations, he made me feel like I was special! My overall experience was terrific between Michael Scharf, and Gene Harris, whom both were involved throughout my transaction of releasing. I felt they were really knowledgeable and professional. Michael my sales consultant I felt was genuinely interested in my personal needs rather than his personal compensation that caught my attention quickly. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a hassle free, professional environment that really care about their customers. Moreover, would go above and beyond to individually fit the need of each customer.
