Terrible experience. Kept my car for a week told me I would get parts changed, nothing was done. Go to Long Island, this place is a joke. I will seek to further report my issue here.

This is the epidimi of garbage customer service. I have filed a complaint with ford itself. I was told to go back to your dealer where you have purchased your brand new car smh. I was spoke to very aggressively as well as racially profiled.

Thanks guys for a job will done. From Jessica answering the phone, to Henry writing up the work order to Technician Tony who did the work all were courteous and professional.
Looking at some of the responses, I glad I let myself be the judge and while you cannot please everyone all the time, the experience was great and I would do it again.
