Bought an expensive cactus from here and it died within a few days. Called three times and they kept giving me the run around. Will not exchange the plant for me

We had been ordering orchids from them for our office for months. We recently had a plant delivered that started to droop after a week. I sent them an email and called numerous times and was told by an employee it was our fault. I finally spoke to a manager, Jesse, who was extremely nice and courteous and offered to replace the plant. I appreciate that they eventually did the right thing, but am disappointed that it was so difficult to deal with a pretty simple and seemingly basic issue for a florist. If you do have an issue, ask for Jesse right away.
