- Terrible #26564

I stopped on the way to work to buy a small bouquet for my desk, and picked a small bunch of dark red Sweet William. The flowers were given to me uncut and not even properly wrapped. This kind of "bouquet" would cost no more then $5.00 in any flower shop. I was charged $20.00. I asked for a receipt, and eventually got one. The receipt showed $19.40, but I did not get any change , As the store keeper explained they did not carry small change. This experience left me with a very unpleasant feeling. I think I will be buying my flowers some place else

I called Flowers On The Park from Los Angeles and ordered an arrangement for same day delivery on the upper west side. The recipient was out but they left the flowers with a neighbor and phoned the recipient to inform her of the delivery. I saw photos of the arrangement and my instructions were followed to the letter. The arrangement was unique and stunning and the lucky recipient could not have been happier. I will use Flowers On The Park in the future.

I had ordered flowers from this shop over the phone. I had never been to this place and i didnt even see what they were selling. But they assured me that they would make a very nice floral arrangement and have it delievered within the next 3-4 hrs to my friend.

I do know that i got a text message from my friend that the flowers were terrific

So i guess i will call them next time too
