The website made it easy to order online as I'm in Wisconsin. No delivery charge for local deliveries. I ordered one of the "florist's choice" bouquets for my sister in Valley Stream. After she received it, she sent me a picture of the incredibly beautiful bouquet & vase. It was more than I expected!! I would highly recommend using them, especially if you're sending it long distance!

We ordered two funeral sprays. Steven did an awesome job. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. He added snap dragons as requested and stuck to my color requests. Flowers arrived on time and were fairly priced. My first experience with Frayhammer was great. I highly recommend them confidently to anyone considering flower arrangements. Thank you for doing such a good job at a reasonable price during an exceptionally stressful time for us.

The flowers for our wedding were arranged so beautifully. They were "fresh" and quite a colorful. They did a great job! It was exactly what we asked for and it was all reasonably priced. The vase added to the flower arrangement. I was amazingly impressed and blown away. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
What I really liked too was they were very professional and worked with you. They checked and double checked to make sure things would be exactly what we asked for. A pleasure indeed working with them.

We visited this florist several times and the service and flowers were always decent. On Thanksgiving day this year, like we do every year, we stopped in to purchase a centerpiece for the family. The prices were high- $43 and up for centerpieces. We informed the shop owner we wanted to spend, $25-$30 on flowers and asked if he could arrange a centerpiece or a bouquet. We expressed interest in some fall flowers- oranges and yellow, some gerbera daises, flowers that should be within that price range. He took a few minutes to put together an arrangement and charged our credit card. As we were walking out, we looked at the arrangement- it was entirely FILLER FLOWERS- carnations of various colors and babies' breaths! Not a single flower we pointed out. We could have have gotten a better arrangement at a supermarket for $10.

The owner was apparently unhappy with our decision not to purchase a pricier arrangement. I am not a big fan of publicly chastising a local store- I attempted to locate an email address for them on their website or facebook page but none could be found. I am a small business owner myself. Clearly this shop does not understand that a few dollars made today off a disgruntled customer will be very expensive in the long run- in loss of business and referrals. I really hope if the store owner reads this review, he takes the importance of customer care to heart. I left the store feeling completely ripped off, and on Thanksgiving Day no less.
