I had the best experience with this florist! The service was amazing. I didn't call until the day before my mother in law's birthday and they were able to accomodate my delivery on time. The flowers he sent to her were so fresh and so lovely. The service was truly spectacular. On Sunday morning I got a call back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message and then we walked through exactly what I needed. I have ordered flowers from many places on long island and this is the first time I used this florist in Westbury. We will certainly use them for all of our occassions on Long Island. Thank you so much for taking such extra care of our order we truly appreciate your excellent customer service and your high quality flowers! Our mom loved it and it brightened up her day! This Florist is AMAZING! We were ordering flowers from out of state for my Mothers Birthday. Never used this Flower shop before. They worked closely with my wife over the phone to come up with something really special for my Mom. The flowers arrived right on time & my Mother and sister in NY could not believe their eyes! We had never seen such creativity and beauty. The arrangement was truly breathtaking and I know it brought some much needed cheer to my Moms face since she was recovering from an illness. There are many different Florists to choose from on Long Island. Flowers by Carole of Westbury did a spectacular job and they WILL do the same for you. They really care about their arrangements. You will not be disappointed!

Went to Carole's after the poor treatment I received from Westbury Florist. Carole was wonderful!!! She had exactly the flowers I wanted for the corsage and boutonierre and was able to customize the flowers as I wanted. Carole also honored the price I was quoted at the other florist. A great experience overall. I would recommend Carol for all your floral needs. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

ORDERED FLOWERS FROM HERE AND HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM ONCE DELIVERED. CALLED TO SPEAK WITH OWNER FOR RESOLUTION AND WAS APPAULED BY THE ARROGANCE IN HIS VOICE. I HAVE LIVED IN THE TOWN OF WESTBURY FOR MY WHOLE LIFE AND NEVER EXPECTED TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER. IN THE END, DID NOTHING ABOUT MY FLOWERS. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!
