My car is an audi 2013 a4 which i had for less than a month until it was hit while parked. They dented in my fender and damaged the headlight as well as some damage to the hood and bumper. After reading reviews and also looking for audi certified body shops i decided to come here. From the start calling the up they were pleasant and respectful. When i got there I dealt with Lou who assured me that they would deal with the entire process with my insurance. He took down what happened and my insurance information and asked me if i needed a car. There was an enterprise down the street which he said could be a bit pricey but he had a new nissan on the lot that i could use. This car was spotless and ran great and was less than what they would have charged me at enterprise. He checked the damage and gave me a rundown on what would be needed and the time it would take (he said he would try to get it to me in less than two weeks before the july 4th holiday). He then asked if there was anything else i needed taken care of and i showed him a major chip in my bumper and scratches on the driver side of the car. He took my number and let me know he would text me every step of the way. I had only one call with my insurance verifying that they would be the repair shop of the car and if i had a rental vehicle. As promised after the insurance was dealt with i received the texts letting me know the parts were ordered and the work would begin. I also got a call from lou letting me know the same. Today i received the car back (less than two weeks as promised) and let me tell you this car looks show room status. He was right and he had left my car better than when i initially purchased the car. They also cleaned the inside and removed all scratches, as promised, free of charge. Mind you they had to remove the bumper do work on it and repaint it to make it look like new. From beginning to end the service was A+ and another member of the staff, maybe another son, explained everything to me and even, who i believe to be the father came out and shook my hand and said he hoped i liked the job.
I will refer anyone needing body work to this location especially if they are driving a luxury car. Their front entrance looks like a show room of sports cars.

I have been dealing with Jack and John at flowerhill auto body for many years. Being in the wholesale parts business for more than 35 years, i can say my experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing. From there knowledge of the automotive bussiness to there willingness to go the extra mile is outstanding. Keep up the GREAT work.

Amazing!!!! The paint on our car was ruined from a leak in the ceiling at the garage we park our car in. We brought it into Flower Hill based on a recommendation from a friend and i'm so happy I made the trek all the way to Long Island! From drop off to pick up the service was unbelievable. I have rental car coverage on my insurance and John made sure there was a car waiting for me upon my arrival, I didn't have to do a thing. My car looks better than new. Flower Hill is the only place I'll go!!
