Floridita

My family has called for delivery many times....and they have screwed up the orders MANY IF NOT TOO MANY TIMES. My family and i prefer Castillos which is one block away from La Floridita but because Castillos is closed because they are fixing up for a re-opening we get stuck with the horrible customer service of La Floridita. Ive noticed that because of Castillos being closed La Floridita has been over charging today we ordered for less people than usual and it came out to over $50.00 when we remember that it usually comes out to $30.00-$40.00. In my opinion they are taking advantage of Castillos (their compition) being closed. EVEN TODAY THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND FOR THE LAST TIME. SO NOW I DONT PLAN TO EAT FROM THERE AGAIN.

They are the worst to order from - service horrible - once you call they are suppose to know your address and ask for you number I waited an hour for food that they don't have on record that I ordered and are out of what I wanted never again will order HORRIBLE

Too expensive, if you eat inside the amount of food the serve you is for a baby was not happy about it!!!

It's ok. Nothing to brag about....food I wanted wasn't available. Music too loud to enjoy a conversation w my boyfriend. Prices ok. And for a midnite place to eat it was ok
