I would never let my love ones stay here , the staff this nice , and helpful, but that HR director Mark is this worst , the treat resident like he's doing them a favorite, by letting them live there , I seem him talk to the staff with no respect , HE SHOULD BE FIRED. ... AND I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT .... RUN FROM THIS PLACE , IT WAS BETTER WHEN IT WAS RAN BY THE HYATT. ....

We had a quarantine recently due to the Norovirus. At once all the precautionary plan went into place.
Assembly was cancelled immediately and food was brought over to each apartment.
Everything ran smoothly,thanks to the dedication
