The Worst Experience with Delivery ever!!!!!!
OK, so we like their burgers and fries, right? So why not order them? We live in the same zip code should not take so long right? So last week we ordered online. The email confirmation said to expect food in 50 min. I get a call after an hour and fifteen telling me there was a glitch and they did not get our order until now. WTF? OK, so they had computer problems, happens to everyone. right? So tonight once again we wanted to order. I placed order at 7:17 and it is confirmed ready for 8:05. I call at 7:50 to confirm everything is in order. Then I wait until 9:05. 09:05!!!!!
Two hours! Two Hours?? Never again.
Oh, and they forgot the Ketchup on the Burgers.

One of the best fast food burger in NYC. They are always generous in fries and drinks.
