Details: I was in the market for a home gym and did quite a bit of research online. When I found what I was looking for, Fitness Showrooms happened to be one of the dealers in my area. I had a pleasant online chat through their website to verify that they had what I was looking for in their showroom for me to try out in person. I was happy to find that they are open every evening until 9pm so I dropped by after work and met Dawn who gave me a thorough introduction to the machine. At no point did I feel any pressure and was allowed to take my time. I returned the next day to spend a little more time with the machine and Joe was there to help answer some more questions and talk about other available machines that may be better options. When I finally made my decision I was given a great price which included delivery and assembly that couldn't be matched anywhere…even online. Delivery was scheduled very quickly and the crew that came and assembled my machine were very professional and incredibly skilled. They very easily put together the machine in about 1/4 of the time it would have taken me to do it and they were in and out in around an hour. Overall I can't say enough great things about my experience with Fitness Showrooms and if I ever have a need for anything else, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Dawn at Fitness Showrooms in Paramus, NJ is the best! I purchased a Treadmill from her last year that I absolutely LOVE! She knew exactly what would work for me. Her expertise is phenomenal - nothing like the chain sporting good stores that I have dealt with in the past!! I was so happy with my Treadmill purchase that I bought an Elliptical from Dawn this year. I am as thrilled with my Elliptical as I am with my Treadmill. I only wish we had Fitness Showrooms and Dawn in Florida!!
