Highly recommend Fit-Arts Studio!! Katie is an incredibly gifted pilates instructor. As a dancer, I know she has helped me prevent injuries and improved my overall technique! My body has also strengthened and muscles have gained more definition. In every session you get an excellent work out and as a bonus you get to have so much fun! LOVE Fit-Arts!
