I worked here when I first moved up here for about 8 months until I got a job in the city. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was the only honest person working here once the old manager left. Lots of mess ups and misdiagnosed cars made for a very stressful working environment.
Also, the store manager takes bribes from other local businesses. If you take your car to one of the places that he recommended, he gets compensated for it. He does this regardless of whether or not they are a trustworthy company.

Horrible Customer Service.
I called and asked the wait time. Katie Moore (manager), said there was none. So I took my car and I was standing there 20 mins and no one attending to my car. Most employees were standing there doing nothing. When I politely asked, she was rude!!
This Firestone is NEVER getting my car again.

Lack of Attention to detail...told them to get rid of my brake warning light - it is still there even after they replaced the lights!! Going going back there to wait for another 2 hours. Plus a rip off...you are better of going to smaller mom & pop garages in Jersey City - get better attention and better value for your money.
