This is one of, if not The best Firestone location. Friendly courteous service. Reliable time estimates for work being done. I can honestly say, I never had an issue with this location and try to go there for every routine maintenance and tire replacement.

Don't get any service done by Gilbert. He's gonna try to rip you off. Has no morale and witholding info is like his forte. Doesn't care about customer and yet his title is service Mgr. Had good previous experience. Kurt and Chris deserve more than Gilbert.

I normally use the Firestone by Millburn where i live, but my business is in Leonia, so I went to this location. Chris was able to get me a tire , a Firestone, on sale at a better price than STS up the road and while, of course, things vary from store to store, I find if you start a relationship with them, they learn your name and will go out of their way to take care of you when you come in. And this location seems to be a well run location for what one would expect at a Firestone.. they're clean, timely, and usually no nonsense. you can usually get things down 10% if you really feel the need. I don't even care if it's $5 more here, and it's usually NOT. But even if it were? It's about the service. I need to work with people who keep their word and keep my trucks running on schedule. They do that for me.
