I find this Budget location to be very well managed. The car is always clean, ready on time and I'm in and out quickly on both the pick up and return. I always book on line and check coupon websites to see if there's an added promotion. Usually there is, and because I've been a repeat customer, I've gotten upgrades that I didn't expect as well. Overall I'm very pleased with Budget in Hackensack, NJ and will continue to use them when I need a rental and recommend them to others.
