These guys are always busy; for the workload they have, they go above and beyond on a day-in day-out basis. Been going to there for over 5 years. Quality work every time.

I took in my car to have its oil changed, 3 hours later not only was the oil changed but two of the headlights screwed where damaged ( AND NOT REPLACED). This is where my question starts.... Why were the headlights screws involved in a oil change?

During a routine oil change they recommended a rear break pad and rotor change; a service the manager told me they are qualified to perform. A couple of days later I noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the rear of my car. I brought the car back to this same location and was then told that they took care of it by tightening the rear struts.
As soon as I drive out I notice that the noise is still clearly there. Not trusting the service anymore I brought my car to a different mechanic who showed me that my breaks had been installed wrong (reversed) and due to that misalignment I had lost one of the stabilizing springs and the system was making noise.

When I went back to Firestone, instead of being apologetic about the situation the manager, Chase, put the blame on me for not coming back a third time to tell them that there was still noise. Needless to say, this location has forever lost my business.

I am only giving them two stars because the tire changes I've performed here have been successful.

I WENT TO FIRESTONE LOCATION IN BAYONNE NJ FOR TIRES REPLACEMENT THE I WOULD LEAVE AFTER JUST 10 MINS BECAUSE OF UNFRIENDLY FRONT DESK GUY HE COULDN'T EXPLAIN WHY MY INVOICE WENT UP THAN THE ONLINE CODE BUT AFTER A CAREFUL REVIEW I FOUND THAT THEY CHARGING ME 55$ FOR BALANCE WHICH IS INCLUDE WITH THE TIRE INSULATION AND WHEN I COMPLAIN HE SAID THAT'S FOR LABOR, AFTER FINISHING THEY HAVE SOME RUNNING OFFERS FOR GETTING UP TO 140$ IF I USE MY NEW FIRESTONE CARD WHICH I DID HE SAID HE HAS NO IDEA AND I HAVE TO DO IT ONLINE

I called the store and spoke with Chase to set up an appointment. I needed to switch out 2 old tires for newer ones, rotate the tires, and get new windshield wipers. Chase was helpful and let me know when I could come in. When I arrived, he checked with me that he understood what I wanted and let me choose wiper blades (I later changed my choice of wiper by calling, kudos for his flexibility there). All in all, it was done in under an hour, I checked the invoice and everything looked squared away. Very professional and helpful.
