Just stopped by here for coffee and was pretty impressed with the product. Ample space to sit and sip (or eat). The staff is very courteous and extremely helpful!

Sandwiches are tasty. Drinks are fine, if overpriced. They have an annoying habit of significantly under filling your drink.

The space is clean, sleek, spacious, and quiet. The wait staff are nice.
The neighborhood is in need of more places like this. The food is delicious although the drinks and lunch menu can use a better variety.
I would recommend it for a lunch meeting.

The space itself and the idea behind the menu is great - it's embarrassing how rare it is in NYC to find just a nice, quiet cafe, especially since Starbucks has set such an extremely low standard. The food here, unfortunately, is so so. But I still like coming here for meetings since the environment is great - a nice, quiet, modern hideaway in an otherwise staid, generic neighborhood.

I was there late on a weekday and there was only one waiter working. He asked me to leave half an hour before they were supposed to close at 7pm. I had ordered a chai latte with a strange green color that not even copious amounts of sugar could save. The cinnamon roll (the only really Swedish thing on the fika menu) was below average as well. Being a Swede myself, I have high standards. Not recommended.
