I had previously purchased a Kia Optima from Fette Kia, and while I was happy with the overall experience I found the salesman that I dealt with three years ago to be sorely lacking in any personal skills at all. I wanted to give Kia another shot at gaining my business (and I also loved the car) so I went back again to the dealership. I have to say working with a brand new salesman, Tony Catalano, was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all helpful in getting me into my new KIA Sportage. The whole team and car buying experience was pleasant and organized. Tony is an amazing person and great asset to the dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rami Zeidan, and he was professional and very helpful throughout the process of returning my leased 2013 Kia sorento and getting into a new 2016 Kia sorento EX-L. Also, people in Fette Kia were very nice and everything went so smoothly. Rami was very reasonable and knowledgeable of Kia Sorento. If you plan to buy a new car very soon, at first consider visiting Fette KIA and ask for Rami. You will never regret it!!

Tony Catalano was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting into a new KIA Optima lease. He worked with me to find the right lease option to meet my budget and, even after family emergencies put an abrupt stop to our negotiations, he was patient and remembered everything about our discussions when we resumed the process (without a hitch) three weeks later. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to find a new car come the end of their lease. He is thorough, fair and will do his best to find middle ground that is both comfortable and realistic for his customers. In addition, he's honest and will not blow smoke if there's anything that he doesn't think can be had for the price desired. In short, he won't lie to you just to get you to sign and will give it to you straight.

Absolutely horrible service department.
My first experience with them was trying to use their online appointment system to set up and appointment for today. I set it up and receive a confirmation email saying that my appointment is set. I showed up today at 8 AM (the time my appointment was set for) and they tell me that they have no appointment set for me. Luckily, they apparently had available spots for that hour to take care of my car. After talking to them, they lowered their OIL CHANGE price from $45 to $40. Mind you, this was only after I had shown them a coupon for their "The Works" service, that includes an oil change as ONE of the few services. How much is that service? $40. So instead of giving us a discount, they are charging us the price for "The Works" service, but only changed our oil.
Additionally, because we ran into a problem with our appointment, I asked if it was better to call to set an appointment or try using the online system again, to which the head of the service department said "use whatever you prefer". That is not an answer to my question!!! Their online appointment system is horrible, and apparently needs to be routed through a third-party company back to them, which means that unless you plan to have your car checked out a month in advance, probably not a reliable system. Additionally, when I tried to call them THREE HOURS after I dropped off my car, they did not pick up, though I called them FIVE TIMES. I called them at the four hour mark, only to be told that the car was JUST taken care of.
To take the cake, the lady on the phone when they finally picked up told me that I was told to come in at noon to pick up the car. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. The man who took my car when I arrived told us he would call us when the car was taken care of, which never happened, and that he told us to at the very least show up before 2:30, since that is when they close.
In conclusion, they had failed to properly schedule appointments, rarely pick up calls (I count that I called at least 9 times in the span of an hour to finally reach them), they take forever for something that would take any other typical garage 15 to 30 minutes, and they will do whatever they can to pull as much money from you as possible. This place is so close to me that I felt that it would be convenient, but after a FOUR HOUR OIL CHANGE, I'm never going to this place again. Also, their check engine light diagnostics is $80?? Just save yourselves the trouble and go find a small, local garage instead to help you out. I'm not even going to bother to come here ever to buy a car, I just cannot stand to do any business with them anymore.

I had a very positive experience with Tony Catalano and Fette Kia as I leased a new Kia Forte. Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, low key, and all around very pleasant to deal with. No hard sell. Honest thoughts and insights on the car. I would refer anyone to him without hesitation.
Perhaps it helped that I was well informed going in, but I never felt any hint of the sorts of games one can encounter at some dealerships. Yes, there was the usual attempts to sell additional coverage by the finance manager, but that is par for the course, and I was never pressured in any way. The dealership as whole is comfortable and clean. My only complaint, and I believe this is also a fairly standard part of the process, is that it took quite a while from reaching an agreement to getting out of there.
I also want to note that in previous visits to this dealership I have been descended on by salespeople out in the parking lot even as I'm parking, which I find a huge turnoff, but that was not the case this time, and Tony exhibited none of that shark mentality.
