It is very painful to write this review as I really liked Dr. Fernandes. I think she needs to get her staff under control. Last year I left several messages at her office to get an appointment for tooth trouble that I had. I never got a call back. I finally moved on to a new doctor. I signed a release to get my records back in May of 2014. I did not get them. I finally called and then picked them up after having the new doctor again sending the release today.
I was charged $25 for getting a copy of my X-Rays for which she had received payment from my insurance co. in guise of office policy. The receptionist was discourteous and the doctor never bothered to find why I wanted to switch doctors.
