This fed ex has the most nastiest awful employees. One in particular that took the cake goes by the name "Tickisha". I literally saw her curse at a customer after slamming his package on the table.

This Fed Ex is awesome. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. I used to go to the Court Street location before this one opened, which was always an adventure. The addition of this Fed Ex to the neighborhood has been very welcome.
