They lie to you. They told me driver left it at a house but adress they got is a business. Never will use fedex again. Ups is the best

This place is the worst went there already 2 times for a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd they claimed they would call me when they found my package just tracked it again and guess what?? They found it and still haven't heard anything from them yet so now I'm going to have to go on Christmas Day just to get my package thanks a lot assholes

Said they would call when package arrived and guess what. Now it's been 4 days and if I don't get it by Friday they will ship it back. What a bunch of clowns.

dont go here
send ur package from somewhere else
They only have one person working the closing shift. it is ridiculous. U will wait a long time before u do anything
